Busy day at work. Busy day in life. Today was Busy. Then went to the cinema, if anyone has seen 'Bridesmaids' it is basically a brilliant single woman's movie. Do excuse my pile of washing, unpacked suitcase and  rubbish. As you can see ... single woman. Now settling down to some brie, cranberry on oatcakes. Yum.

Working my way through my wardrobe

'People wear clothes to create an image of themselves'

After yesterday I thought I would actually see how many oufit I could get through without doing a clothes wash. I am starting to miss my favourites but there are some old gems hidden away in the back of my cupboard. I wonder what image I used to want to create compared to what I have created so far in this blog with all my new spangly clothes.

But Seriously ....

'...it started off so well'

When I began this blog I really enjoyed taking a photo and trying to convey my mood with my clothes and make a bit of effort, but as predicted, I have got a bit annoyed by the whole process. Possibly not helped by early mornings and a lack of clean clothes. Fear not, I put a wash on tonight and found some old faves hidden away during my manic stress of getting dressed this morning. Still not sure what to do with the hair so it went up. Felt the flower made it pretty, that and it was the only hair bobble I could find.

Got up at 6am today, if it hadnt been for the amazing boiling hot lovely weather I would have been unhappy. Got my first press release today so I can start working on an article for the trend website. Also feel that I should start looking into my research for my dissertation in more depth.

'Party All Night and Sleep All Day'

  

This weekend I went to a 21st and felt that it was only right to show off everyone's lovely outfits from the evening. We started with champange and snacks at mine while we all did out hair and make up. Since it was a posh do with got ourselves all dolled up extra special.

Looking pretty tired in this photo, still not used to these early mornings. I am going home today after work for a weekend with all my friends from school and I am so excited. 'Still not sure how to behave infront of a camera'

Today I had a business lecture this morning, learning all about setting up our own design brand.AND the sun was shining!! Finally. So I have attempted to bring the seriousness of the boardroom a la 'The Apprentice' style and the sunshine feeling together with a little maxi dress, crop top combo. Even got my hair to do the right thing today.
